The Opportunity You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring assets are maintained to a high standard while building strong relationships with tenants and service providers. Working within a collaborative environment, you will oversee operational matters, support asset performance, and ensure all compliance obligations are met. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial properties including industrial and office assets Maintain strong tenant relationships and respond to enquiries or issues promptly Coordinate maintenance works and building services Engage and supervise contractors and external consultants Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards Manage lease administration including rent reviews and key lease dates Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting Monitor property expenses and contribute to performance reviews Conduct routine inspections and monitor asset condition Provide clear reporting to property owners and internal stakeholders About You The successful candidate will be a proactive property professional who is comfortable managing assets independently while maintaining strong communication with clients and tenants.
